Privacy Policy

Thank you for using the SubManager application. By using this application, you agree to the terms outlined in this privacy policy.

SubManager requires the notification permission to remind you of upcoming subscription renewals and expirations in advance. In addition, if you use App Lock you may be asked to allow Face ID to unlock the app using biometrics. The app uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework to authenticate using Face ID/Touch ID/Optic ID and does not have access to your biometric data. These permissions are not used for any other purpose.

When you select a custom icon from your photo library, the app only has access to the images you select. It cannot access your entire photo library.

SubManager does not contain any ads. The application may contact Apple servers to verify your SubManager+ purchase. The application will also back up your subscriptions to iCloud by default. The data is stored in a private CloudKit container which the developer does not have access to. If you prefer not to use the iCloud service, you can disable it via the app's settings.

Privacy Labels

WishKit powers SubManager's feature requests platform.

If you access the feature requests section in the app (found under Settings -> Help & Feedback -> Feature Requests), the underlying feedback platform collects some data to provide its intended functionality. An explanation of the privacy labels can be found below. No data is collected outside of the feature requests section.

Identifiers - User ID

An anonymous, randomly generated per-install identifier used to associate votes and feedback. This will only be sent if you try to access the feature requests.

User Content

The feature requests and comments users write.

Product interaction

Votes and feedback activity.
